About Shahd Al-Rez

Shahd is a Syrian visual artist (born 1997) who earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts – Sculpture department. She researches extensively in her artworks about enriching her experience and possessing her artistic techniques using different materials and mixing them on the surface of the artwork (painting/sculpture) in the process of demolition and construction in an attempt to combine these materials with each other in coexistence that suits every work, whether it is a color surface or a mass and vacuum.
