About Dima Raad

Dima Raad’s career as an artist is strongly intertwined with her academic excellence in her field. She had numerous awards and certifications reconfirm that she is indeed a leader in her field. She is not only a a Professor but also Head of Fine Arts-B4 at the Lebanese University as well as the founder of the Baalbeck International Symposium. Dima’s international success is second to none. She has participated and represented Lebanon as Curator and commissioner in numerous local and international exhibitions and conferences including: France, Britain, Germany, United States of America, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Syria, China, India, Japan, Portugal, Yemen, Sudan, Abu Dhabi, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Greece, Tunisia, Turkey, Dubai, Colombia. Her solo exhibitions have also had international acclaim and taken place in many different countries including: Lebanon, Germany, France, Switzerland, Colombia, Dubai.
