Fady Mattar, born in 1961 in Watta Houb, north Lebanon, is an accomplished artist known for his profound contributions to the world of visual arts. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Fine Arts Institute of the Lebanese University. Mattar has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Beirut and has been a member of the Lebanese Association of Painters and Sculptors since 1992. As a respected professor, he has taught painting and drawing at LAU, NDU, LU, and USEK. Mattar has held individual exhibitions at esteemed venues such as The Wall at Station Des Arts, Janine Rubeiz Gallery, the Art Circle Gallery, Balamand University, and LAU. His captivating artwork combines vibrant colors, intricate details, and profound symbolism, inviting viewers into a world of emotion and spirituality. Fady Mattar continues to leave an indelible mark on the Lebanese art scene.
