About David Daoud
David Daoud (b. 1970, Lebanon) is a contemporary Lebanese painter who lives and works between Beirut and Paris. Drawing and painting from an early age, he pursued his artistic education at the École Supérieure Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, before refining his technique under the renowned French sculptor Charles Auffret, a student of the disciples of Auguste Rodin. Inspired by nature, Daoud’s work is rooted in a Symbolist approach enriched with Impressionist influences.
